  Two sales associates on a Sunday and no other customers in store. No greeting or acknowledgment during the nearly 20 minutes that I was there. I walked right by the register on my way toward the exit while the two of them chatted and not a word to me. I worked in retail and wholesale for years. The store was clean and well merchandised but not speaking to a customer at all, especially on a slow day in a small store, is ridiculous.

  Came in yesterday for some light shopping and all was ok till I checked out. The pressure to provide an email address and donate money to a children’s fund is absurd. When I said no twice to providing an email and donating, the clerks demeanor became rude and his words in a very passive aggressive tone stated “Sorry about the two missed opportunities and you can have a nice day now.” Without even looking at me lol. Sir, I won’t be back. How’s that for a missed opportunity? Now you can have a nice day and keep your attitude.

  I have shopped here multiple times and staff is rude. One lady (Deb) is especially not helpful, doesn’t offer assistance and just watches you. I would pick the Tanger location over this one anytime. They are very helpful and kind there.

  Out shopping for my own birthday present, happened into the JCrew Factory store, lots of good selection. Didn’t purchase anything this time, but I will be back to look again. Nice stuff.
