- VWVertex WarsMay 23, 20261.0Placed a nearly impossible to find item on layaway paid $76 for the service and they sold it the very next day to someone else. When I arrived to pick up item they suggested I drive hundreds of miles to a store that had one (with gas prices over $5 and they wouldn't ship it to this store) No offer of accommodation or discount. I'll be speaking to the store manager and escalating this to corporate as well.
