  Top notch service first time, second time was alright. Best service ive had in years during my first visit. Was told i couldnt get the house brand flower discounted for my first time visit since there was already a discount i didnt see online, but they still hooked me up with what i needed. I was short a couple bucks but they still gave me what I came in for. Fire product too. Second visit wasnt as smooth, i placed a pickup for a cart and thought i would just go in to see the flower and maybe get a recommendation. I also was asking about the second visit discount, and it was a bit confusing to the budtender but he ended up giving me a great flower recommendation. My wording confused him because I didnt say BOGO or that I wanted an eigth plus get one eigth free, i was asking for a quarter so they thought i wanted two quarters. Now i usually dont tip unless its delivery, but I was planning on doing so to make up for the $2 my last budtender helped me with. But it just sounded like i was ruining my budtenders day so i zoned out, took my change and left in a hurry and forgot to tip. I didnt think it was that confusing, i told them i wanted to spend under $50 and get a decent amount. In my opinion its the budtenders job to bypass all the fineprint and extra wording, then relay it to their customer in a shorter manner or even not at all and just tell me that they got me. My bad for being confusing, ive worked in dispensaries for the last 8 years so i forgot how to shop for weed. It is nice to be on the other side of the counter to see how i can word things better. Thanks again for helping this goofy ahh goober out 🤙🏼 stay fly

  Went into Cloud for the first time today to grab some rosin, I walked in at 8:56pm right before they closed and they still let me shop quick which was great! I got 2 grams of Stoned to the Bone hash rosin for $32 which is a great deal and the rosin was decent tasting as well, definitely not top tier but it gets the job done and is worth the price. The store is nice and well laid out. First time customers get 50% off deli flower and 30% off the rest of the store which is a great 1st time deal. The receptionist said I was supposed to get a free edible or pre roll with my purchase for my 1st time but my budtender did not offer it to me, but honestly its okay I did come in last minuet. I cant remember my budtenders name and i did not get a receipt i realized after I left. Will come back if im in the area to check out their flower next time.
