Today was the first time I have used the curbside option. The team member Blue was right on it. I just pulled in the parking space and had reached for my phone to look in my Gmail account and they had already come out and were coming up to my window. They just asked for ID and they could look it up that way. They were very polite, courteous and efficient. They also let me know they were really sorry, but they were under a gram short on one of my ounces. They did offer a substantial discount, if I still wanted it. I agreed, which was great. This was a very fast service for me. They seemed pretty busy. I just had a total knee replacement surgery a few weeks ago. This was a great convenience to not have to get out and wait in line, with the pressure on knee. Thanks for making this so easy for me.

I placed a curbside pick up order, checked in as arrived w/ my parking spot number and no one came out to service me. I had to go in to pick up my order. When getting to my car I notice an employee look out the back door where I was parked as if to check that I legit was in a curbside spot. I didn’t like that. As if I was wrong in some way and not them.
