  Everybody else working here was really nice, but the young woman with black hair who checked me out around 4:00 p.m. on August 5 was extremely rude and impatient. I showed her a coupon that was ACTIVE in my American Eagle app and clearly said it didn’t expire until September 2, 2026. She kept insisting it was expired, talking over me every time I tried to explain what the app showed. She made no real effort to figure out why it wasn’t working, ask another employee, or call a manager. If the coupons couldn’t be combined, she could have simply explained that, but instead she was dismissive and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. Again, every other employee I interacted with was pleasant. This review is specifically about the young, black-haired employee at the register around 4:00 p.m. She seemed inexperienced and seriously needs additional customer-service training, especially on listening to customers without interrupting or talking over them.

  Horrible customer service. I tried to get help from an individual staff member who works there and she just ignored me and she kept on walking. I stood up to her and said “You saw me trying to talk to you!!!!!” And she said did apologize for that. So I flipped her off and JUST LEFT!!!!!
