- AMAnnie MurphySep 29, 20264.0I had the same experience as Matthew did in July. Two young ladies were working and didn’t say anything to me at all while I was in the store or when I was checking out. I had to go back in the store because one forgot to take a sensor tag off and again, she said nothing to me. I was so shocked. This is my favorite store to visit while in Frankfort! This won’t stop me from coming back at all. Just might want to rethink hiring these two next summer! :)
- MLMatthew LaughlinAug 18, 20262.0Did not experience good customer service with 2 young ladies. Seemed very passive aggressive and tried to shoo us out of the store quickly, due to the fact that they were closing soon. They also glared, laughed, and talked bad about us.
- AWAtli WilsonJul 6, 20262.0We experienced bad customer service at the front desk with a lady who needs to work on their people skills and better costumer service
