- CWChase WardMay 3, 20265.0On a recent visit to the mens dress clothing department, I walked in unsure of what I was going to find. Tom S spotted me and greeted me, he helped me pick out the perfect size coat, helped me match it to the correct color pants, and assisted me in tieing my neck tie. I left the store feeling very confident in my purchase because of Toms professionalism. Will be back in the future for more clothing needs because of Toms service.

" I tried to use that warranty today only 5 years since buying it. They refused to honor their warranty. They told me I had to buy a brand new one. Then they will refund my original purchase. Only my original purchase. Not the new purchase.
