  We drove almost an hour from Ann Arbor to this baby store and were so glad that we did! The selection of gear on site is incredible and much better than our local store. John in particular was extremely helpful while we looked at baby strollers; we arrived not knowing anything, but quickly learned so much with his guidance! We’re so grateful for his knowledge and kindness while we made this important purchase. I completely recommend Modern Natural Baby, especially first time parents!

  Came from Canada and was worth it. Emily the carseat/ stroller tech is unbelievable and so helpful. Incredible staff, selection and knowledge. Cant say enough great things.

  John was exactly the person we were praying to find to help us find a stroller! We traveled to the store from Windsor since there are no shops at home that have any trained sales people that can help make an informed decision on a potentially $1000+ stroller. The education he gave to us was unmatched. He spent 2 hours with us 1-1 the first time we visited and never made us feel an ounce of pressure or being rushed or sold to. Him and his wife are absolutely gems of business owners and I hope they stay in business forever. We’ll definitely be back!!

  It is so nice to have a physical store to come and shop in especially as first time parents. The staff here is a wealth of information when it comes to all things baby. They spent time with us, going through all different brands of strollers and car seats. Our favorite part was being able to bring the car seat back and having them teach us how to properly install into our car. Highly recommend this store!

  I cannot say thank you enough to the team at Modern Natural Baby! I was in again over the weekend and, once again, received outstanding customer service. We originally purchased our stroller and infant car seat here, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. What really sets them apart, though, is how they go above and beyond for their customers. I had previously purchased a convertible car seat elsewhere, and they were so kind to show me exactly how to install it correctly and adjust the straps for a perfect fit. I just went back to purchase a second convertible car seat for our other vehicle, and the service provided by Aimee and Derrick was nothing short of exceptional. It’s rare to find a local shop that offers this level of expertise and genuine care. If you are looking for baby gear, this is the place to go!
