  Very disappointing! I have been shopping here for years so has my mom we were in here the other day with my kids in their strollers and we were followed around while we were shopping as if we would steal something also had another interaction like this one while I was here with my friend who is African American and was racially profiled and we were also followed around not sure what this is about 🤔

  Be mindful of what you buy, they check your Facebook to see if you're selling and won't let you buy their product. I re-sell Brumates I no longer use at a loss and they found my posts and refused to sell me a cup.

  I love Glicks Stores and enjoy shopping at the one in Petoskey and Charlevoix so my husband brought me to this store on my birthday, we spent about $400. Two weeks after one of the pairs of jeans I bought wouldn't stay on when I walked, it was a super weird cut. So I made the hour drive to return them, this time bringing my kids ('who each had $500 in their pocket for spring break clothing). Right when we arrived (5min before they opend) the lady was super rude to us and said "we don't open for another five minutes" as we waited outside the door. She then told me she could only do an exchange for the lowest price because I didn't have the recipet I was fine with that, they just are useless to me anyways I couldn't wear them. When I pulled them out of the bag with all the tags from my purchase that day she said she wouldn't do the exchange because the tag wasnt on them. Im not a smoker and i dont have animals. I had the tags and the Glicks bag. She acted as if she did not want to be there, did not want us shopping there at all. I even said thank you to her when she told us they weren't open and she said nothing and walked in locking the door behind her. I've never had someone be so rude when I'm trying to shop and spend money. We took our money downtown to some super nice stores and employees.
