  First, regardless of how far you live the L & M in Escanaba, is a good place to come for Great service. Second, if you have the privilege to work with Chris, Dustin or Kim (Gentleman), you will not be disappointed, not one bit. Third, the amount of my purchase didn't matter, they treated my wife and I with the utmost respect and honor not even knowing if I were fully committed. From the very first phone call and the several subsequent calls, every interaction was handled with the highest level of precision and customer service. I really was about to give up on L & M in my hometown and write them off all together until I had my first interaction with Chris. While I was deciding on which Cub Cadet to purchase I began working with Dustin. Once I made up my mind and my wife and I drove an hour and a half to purchase this amazing mower, we were greeted by a very nice lady to whom I asked if Dustin was available. She promptly alerted Dustin we were in the building and off we went. After everything was settled, we needed delivery and boy did we get it. Kim was so awesome, cool, down to earth and knowledgeable. This is my first ZT mind you and I know nothing well I didn't until Kim took the time to explain the how's, do's and don'ts. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I have more confidence because of the way things were explained. Kim was the finishing touch to an amazing client experience. I encourage you to visit the L & M in Escanaba, you will be greeted, respected, educated and left feeling heard, understood and if not with the product you think you want, maybe something a whole lot better to fit your needs.   It would be so cool to see one of these down south below the bridge. This is a great store. Prices are what you expect selection is far better.

  We were just in here the other day for the first time. The store was clean and observed merchandise displayed well! Employee “Steve G.” at the gun counter, was both knowledgeable & friendly!! Do checkout the clearance aisle! They also sell Vortex brand optics and Darn Tough Socks!! I highly recommend checking this place out. The store appears to reminiscent of an old vintage Walmart. I highly recommend checking this place out! 👍👍🇺🇸😁
