- AOAnna Ounsombath4 days ago5.0I went into Lululemon on Friday 08/14 with my upcoming 6th grade daughter. We walked in and were immediately greeted by smiling ladies. They asked what we're looking for, and we already had the Everywhere Backpack we saw online in mind. They pointed it out, but also showed us other options in store as well. While me and my daughter tried it on and discussed the colors they had in stock at the store, Jacie checked in on us and told us other colors were available too and could be shipped to our home before school started. We looked over colors and decided the New Crew Backpack was a better option. So not only did we upgrade our item, we changed the color. Jacie was helpful, she gave us a lot of information, and most of all, we spoke as if she was a friend helping me out. We were in the back of the store, I tapped my phone and I was on my way! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves because girls like her keeps me from buying online at home! It came a few short days later and I'm so happy with our experience!
