  I always tag along with my boyfriend when he goes and buys from the other Dearborn heights location and occasionally this location. Other location knows us by name and is always so welcoming when we come in genuinely good vibes all around over there. The guy ringing us up was not warm or inviting at all and barely made eye contact and didn’t say anything to us besides seeing what we wanted. No smiles or any sense of happiness in this man… didn’t bug me everyone has their days and you never know what someone is going through. Anyways, I was super excited to see how many hybrids they had of the dragonfly’s as at the other location for years we’ve been going they tend to only have 1-2 flavors and run out while as this location consistently has sometimes up to 5 hybrid flavors stocked. With a smile and genuinely just excited I said that this location had so many more dragonfly’s the other location runs out of hybrids a lot… we literally laugh about this at the other location because they know when they see him he’s coming in for the dragonfly’s and they know he’s gonna stock up if they are there cause we never know when they’ll get the hybrids in. Nothing mean nothing degrading literally excited to see so many options they had as my bf was getting a bunch of hybrids as he always does. He goes to the Redford one more now because of how many more options for hybrids there are. He spends a lot of money between the two locations. The guy ringing us up didn’t look at us and made a snippy comment about “don’t talk shit about our other store…” genuinely such a disheartening experience with how much money is spent with green genie that this dude felt like not really acknowledging us and then making me feel bad for being excited for my bf that they had hybrids. My bf tipped as he always does and walked out with me and said he was sorry and that he didn’t need to be going back there if that’s the type of attitude that was shown to customers. We did not feel like our business was appreciated or welcomed at all. Too much money spent too often to not even have a hello or eye contact let alone a snippy comment for something that in no way shape or form deserved one.
