  Been going there for since they opened. Purchased a pen 2 days ago. Just opened it yesterday and it doesn't work paid $28 for it Went in and said the only thing they could do is test it Said it was working fine It is NOT working. They lost my business

  Went there for the 1st time, sit in a waiting room and wait for a bud tender, unless if someone wants pre rolls they get to go first was confused but let it go. Then I got to go back wait in line to and 2 girls who gathered my choices but the menu board was outdated so that was after we went over "new" prices, I'm guessing because 1st timers gets deal. But I picked my stuff, then went in another line while your stuff sits at checkout I guess. There looked to be multiple places they had computers where bud tenders could have a register as well to check people they ring up but nope to save time you wait in another line. Then I wait behind the people that cut in front of me who are there for pre rolls who are there asking about every pre roll on the giant wall before buying 1 or 2. It's a bad set up, eve if there's only like 7 cars in the lot remember there's 2 registers so be prepared. I went at 11am on a weekday and spent about 20 minutes inside, 3-5 minutes in the lobby, 3 minutes with the budtender, the rest in line. Got in the car, drove off and popped open the new vape to find I have to blow in the bottom getting red faced to unclog it every time I want to hit it. Get home pop open the wax and it smells like you sprayed lemon pledge in my lawn mower bag. Im willing to bet they won't return the un opened other clogged vape based on previous reviews I've seen. There's too many places out there to go again. If you have standards and care more about the quality of your stuff than how nice the people are and if they smile at you, I'd go elsewhere. I've never been there and they were looking at me funny and being a little rude cause I didn't know there's a separate rec and med side, 2 lines 2 budtenders going through a maze of cluster with outdated prices.

  I have tried all of the other places this one Green Genie has awesome good weed and fare prices I highly recommend this place they have a wide variety delicious buds flavors I just want more I always look forward to going there their staff is very friendly and ready to help thank you all of you at Green Genie for patient when I'm checking out different weed and being such a good weed source
