KT greeted us and proceeded to set my girls up with coloring while helping me decide on a style of pants. She was knowledgeable and a great help. After my new pants arrived, I had an issue with one of the pairs. KT continued to provide exceptional service in helping me find a solution to the problem. I will be shopping with her and Bonobos again!
