Selena was the only friendly and helpful associate , as well as the other Caucasian gentleman working there . The Asian employee was very dismissive , rude and not attentive .

Nasty attitudes. There was a small glimpse of hope for downtown Detroit for me. I was too happy to see Alo here! But never again. I’ll stick to the areas with kind and intelligent people. I guess this is how they treat people in Detroit now. Really gross behavior. Managers are hard to come by yes I know, but there is no real leadership here. Just a lost cause.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Several team members approached me with a smile and offered assistance without being pushy. They made me feel valued as a customer and were happy to answer my questions. The excellent customer service and positive atmosphere made my visit enjoyable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this store to others!
