  Bought crocs that were a size too small. Had receipt still and they wouldn't even let me exchange them for a size bigger. Wore in the house for 15 minutes.

  This store has changed a lot since they relocated, Definitely for the better! The new management team must have higher standards. The store is clean and well organized. Janelle helped me out in guns. It was refreshing to have a woman behind the counter. Everyone was very friendly and I'll be back soon.

  Great place to shop! The staff is very friendly and the store is clean. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their store and love what they do.

  The employees are completely unaware of the products. The guys at the gun shop are uneducated and have no clue what they are doing. 1 guy seemed to be very strung out on something. Avoid this place if you can

  I had my absolute worst experience at Coldwater Dunhams courtesy of Store Manager "Janel" today at apx 1620 est. I live 30 miles from this Dunhams (*60 miles roundtrip) to simply purchase a couple (2) boxes of ordinary cartridges by using some of my saved coupons. First, the terminal rang up the wrong (*higher) price and, on top of that the coupon would only gift me a 5% versus 10%. After several others tried to help, the Store Manager told me that she would honor one discount only! I asked if I walked out and came back in could I use another coupon and she coldly said "no." Because I would still be the same customer." Using her logic, that would apply tomorrow as well. WTH ! Who in their right mind would drive 60 miles just to get only one box? What good are your coupons if I'm even denied to coupon-purchase the product using separate transactions???(!) Meanwhile; her, after offering me the 2nd box at full price (*I said NO), she had her staff start changing the prices on the gereric cartridges I was interested in. Understanding that she was frustrated with the terminal price versus the sticker price, her taking out her anxiety upon me was unacceptable. Factoring in the cost of fuel, I would be better off utilizing the mail-order... I have been a loyal customer for two or more decades and I have a long fuse before I become disappointed. Today was memorable for me and, not pleasurable. The cashier "Anthony" was professally courteous, exceptional, and very customer driven. His sincere apologies for my time and apparent discomfort were well received albeit he couldn't help me. Anthony has seen me so much over the months as a customer, he even remembers my phone number. I dont know what training Janel received. I would suggest that without the customer, your business plan is in jeopardy. I've done a lot of business with Dunhams (*just look me up). How many more customer dissatisfaction events will it take to wake up Dunhams Corporate. Regards,
