  She didn’t give us the discount on the dress that said it was for $20 and it was in the discount area and she said that she put it there by mistake when we wanted to return a dress that we just bought 2 mins ago and she said we couldn’t return it and we barely had it for 2 mins and the workers told her that what she said was wrong and we could return the dress very disrespectful employee and her name was Rahan I don’t recommend going to this store.

  Store was super clean and organized. Maddy was an excellent help with finding my friend the perfect birthday outfit!

  I went in for a return around 10:20 a.m. My return was 80 dollars, manager told me she “could not” return the items due to the fact it would’ve “messed her register up”. She didn’t want to make her work harder for herself. She then asked me if I wanted a gift card or to come back at a later time. I stated to her that was not possible due to my schedule, that I needed my money back, and she just told me I was sol. As someone who works in retail, I know it was possible for her to get me my change back, seeing as I have done it on multiple accounts for customers, regardless of the establishment, most retail places OPEN with at least a 300 till. I have never had any problem like this elsewhere, I highly unappreciate this and will no longer be shopping at Windsor. A waste of time and a waste of gas.
