Do not shop here. The customer service is horrible, and the management is even worse. I constantly have problems when trying to make returns, even when I have a valid receipt. The manager is extremely rude and dismissive and shows no consideration for the customers who continue to give this business their money. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I will definitely think twice before shopping here again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I tried to return products and had a valid receipt, yet my return was refused. What made the situation even worse was the way the managers treated me. They were incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful instead of trying to explain the situation respectfully or find a solution. Customer service should never make customers feel disrespected. I definitely expected better and will think twice before shopping here again

This company is under heavy investigation right now for being 3000 times over the limit on the amount of PFAs that are allowed in their toxic clothing. Yes their clothing is severely toxic for the body and when you sweat the clothing releases toxic PFAs into your body and they stay there forever. I’ve been telling you people for years that Lululemon sells overpriced toxic garbage.

This store and brand is terrible. My kid unfortunately loves it. He picked up a sweatshirt that we didn’t realize was the wrong size. Took it back right away. No tags. Full receipt. Never worn - couldn’t even get it in if he wanted to. No exchange, store credit, nothing. With as much as they charge for low quality clothing, inspect the item to ensure that it wasn’t worn and print a new tag. Definitely will not return, much to my child’s disappointment.

Lululemon is great, but this store is not. If you need to return an item, skip this location and go to the one in Rochester instead. The team here falls short of the company’s standards on their return policy, especially Lululemon’s pledge to stand behind product quality and defects. After the store refused my return, I called Lululemon corporate support. Not only was the return approved, but I was also compensated for the poor experience at this store. Hopefully corporate reminds this location of the actual return policy, as it seems to be a recurring issue.
