  This store and brand is terrible. My kid unfortunately loves it. He picked up a sweatshirt that we didn’t realize was the wrong size. Took it back right away. No tags. Full receipt. Never worn - couldn’t even get it in if he wanted to. No exchange, store credit, nothing. With as much as they charge for low quality clothing, inspect the item to ensure that it wasn’t worn and print a new tag. Definitely will not return, much to my child’s disappointment.

  Lululemon is great, but this store is not. If you need to return an item, skip this location and go to the one in Rochester instead. The team here falls short of the company’s standards on their return policy, especially Lululemon’s pledge to stand behind product quality and defects. After the store refused my return, I called Lululemon corporate support. Not only was the return approved, but I was also compensated for the poor experience at this store. Hopefully corporate reminds this location of the actual return policy, as it seems to be a recurring issue.

  I went today to the store trying to return some leggings. I bought it a month ago. They passed 30 days they didn’t want to return it or exchange it manager was there. She was so rude. I can’t believe it. Lululemon they keep those kind of people to work for them disgusting. She says to call customer service I did call I explained and she says nothing we can do have a nice day. I will never shop with them again. They are rude.

  I went to this location and normally don’t, but I won’t make that mistake again! The blonde haired girl Alayna was fraternizing with friends as they talked and tried clothes on. While she did help me at the counter, she accused me of using my healthcare discount on buying clothes for someone else. The person alongside of me had an account with a healthcare discount. If I'm purchasing, I'm using MY nursing discount that I have so earned. I will stick to all other locations as this one has terrible customer service. Stray from this one if you can.
