  Aj in the fishing department at the chesterfield cabelas shop is the i'm giving this facility a 5 star review. Aj is the most kindest, nicest and friendliest person you'll meet. For 2 years straight every time (I come very often just for the fishing department) Aj has always been so eager and happy to help me. He's became such a big part of the reason I go specifically to this location only. When Aj is there you know you're going to get taken care of without a doubt. Aj keep doing what you do and being the good guy you are. - Alexander

  I called and asked to have my compound bow fixed...They said I need to order the parts and bring the parts to them..No big deal I'll just go to a place that gives good customer service

  I was in your store today 7/30/2026.Your employee in the fishing department (not the tall senior man). He was very rude. I wanted help and he acted like i was a bother. Although I really love your store. I will not tolerate such behavior. I spend enough money there to earn some respect, since the customer does not come first by this employee. If im a bother I will gladly spend my money with another sporting company for all my fishing and hunting needs.

  Bass Pro Shops is one of those stores where I can easily spend a couple of hours just walking around and looking at everything. Even if I’m only stopping in for one item, I always find myself exploring the different departments because there’s so much to see. Whether you’re into fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, boating, or just enjoy the outdoors, they have an incredible selection of quality products. One of the things I enjoy most is the atmosphere. It’s much more than just a retail store. The wildlife displays and rustic décor make it a fun experience every time I visit. It’s a place that’s enjoyable for the whole family, even if you’re not shopping for outdoor gear. The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions or help me find what I need. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with products from trusted brands. Whether you’re an experienced outdoorsman or just getting started, Bass Pro Shops is a great place to shop. I always enjoy my visits and look forward to coming back.
