  Made a big purchase yesterday of $1,300.00 The manager knowingly sold me an item that was used, doesn't work and won't even return it 24 hours later. I do not recommend this location... Or even Dunham's at all. I called corporate, left several messages, I don't expect a call back.

  Poor Service & Inaccurate Inventory We visited this store specifically to purchase a standing pull-up bar after seeing two models listed as in stock on the website. Unfortunately, the in-store experience did not match what was advertised. Only one model was on display, and there were no boxed units available for purchase. It took involvement from three different employees before someone finally checked the back, only to confirm that no new inventory was available. We were then offered the display model as-is, with no discount, and were told the staff would not assist with disassembling or carrying it out. Given that the assembled unit wouldn’t even fit through the store’s doors, this was especially frustrating. There was no apology for the inconvenience or the inaccurate online stock information. Overall, the service felt slow, unhelpful, and dismissive.

  After spending thousands and thousands of dollars here, between guns, ammo and sports equipment, I’ll never shop here again The lack of respect in the gun area on my last attempt to purchase was a complete joke, guy acted like he didn’t want to help, nor did he want to answer my questions. Very disappointed, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on…
