- RJRobert JacksonAug 12, 20265.0I and BFF Tina wanted to give a shoutout to JCP associates Lisa and Kayla. Lisa reached out to help us in three different sections of the men’s areas. Helped me find to cool collegiate gear and fall must haves. Than Lisa directed us to another quicker checkout where Kayla helped me reinstate my JCP card. We really appreciated their kind efforts, so nice that we still have great people in these United States!💯👍🇺🇸❤️

Why would I go through all that for a sizing…
- AMAverys MomApr 30, 20261.0Check your receipt BEFORE you leave the store. Cashier did a "price check" on a pair of pants for $58.00. I said, no thanks but she put them on my JC Penney card anyway. Yes, it was a mistake on her part. However, if I had not checked my receipt BEFORE I left the store and had gone home, there would have been no way to prove that I actually did not take the pants home with me, because according to the receipt, I purchased the pants for $58.00. So I had left the line and just happened to have the foresight to have checked my receipt at the front door before I actually left the store and went outside. Thank God I did. They are SO understaffed. Also, I do not recommend shopping here if you need to be anywhere in a timely manner. It really took forever to check out; truly, much longer than it should have taken. I was trying to be patient and kind, but today was not a positive experience at all. Makes me wonder if they are going to go out of business just like Sears.
