- CSCurt SachsAug 25, 20261.0Purchase an item here for $320 CAD. Proceeded to return the item within about 30 minutes as I had found something better suited for myself. When the item was returned in perfect condition the refund was $30 less than what I paid for it. You purchase at one exchange rate and you get returned at a lower exchange rate. It's disgusting that people have to do stuff like that. Will not purchase a Samsonite product again.

I travel heavily and the airlines really put my luggage to the test. Anytime my Samsonite product fails to meet the products quality standards of the company, they are quick to address the problems. They have a customer for life.
