  It was a really great experience. The workers there were great. Alexander was a great guy. Was a couple short and he helped me out and pitching in for me so I didn’t have to run back out to the car for quarters😂😂 thank you Alexander for a great first experience here. Highly recommend going here

  Walking into Timber Cannabis feels less like going to a dispensary and more like entering the cool side quest in a video game where every NPC actually knows what they’re talking about. Derrick is an absolute encyclopedia wrapped in good vibes. The man can match you with the perfect strain faster than Spotify builds a breakup playlist. Super knowledgeable, patient, and somehow makes every visit feel like you’re talking with an old friend instead of just shopping. Kristen brings elite energy every single time. Friendly, hilarious, welcoming, and somehow keeps everything running smoother than fresh-pressed rosin. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers having a good experience and leaving happy. Total rockstar human. And then there’s The Nugmaster... honestly a legendary title fully earned. The level of product knowledge is unreal. If cannabis had a wizard class, this would be the final boss mentor living in a forest made of kief. Recommendations are always spot on. The whole team creates such a comfortable atmosphere without the weird pressure some dispensaries have. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned connoisseur with the tolerance of a medieval dragon, they treat everyone with respect and kindness. 10/10 experience every time. Timber Cannabis has officially become my go-to spot 🌲🔥

  I'm near deaf I come every time I need something, however the web site is straight up GARBAGE and is pushing to find a new home , Ive said something about the website before and obviously my business doesn't matter because I don't think will ever fix it to run smoothly, to take almost 45 minutes to place an order because the site is so slow and glitchy and flickers and freezes I'm not happy

  We stopped at 5 dispensaries today and each one had their best budtenders working, waited in lines and really saw how the budtenders interacted and I realized they're budtenders everywhere but only 1 nugmaster. Timbers Nug master is genuinely on another level, lightning fast plus his sense of humor allows him to connect with literally anyone within the first minute. Incredibly smart, knowledgeable + Incredibly friendly. You know what you want but he'll get you what you need. Alex - the nug master is the best budtender in big rapids and the best I've come across while I michigan. Definitely see a nug master movie coming soon -staring Tom Cruise
