I drove all the way from Livonia to the Berkley Edible Arrangements location only to be told that their computer system was being upgraded and they couldn't process any orders. The employee said she had no idea when the system would be back up. What makes this even more disappointing is that there was absolutely no notice posted on the door, and when I called beforehand, no one mentioned that the store was unable to conduct business. A simple phone notification or sign on the door would have saved customers a wasted trip, time, and gas. Poor communication and a lack of consideration for customers made this a completely avoidable inconvenience. If your systems are down and you can't serve customers, let people know before they make the drive. I expected much better. Sadly I don’t think the management cares after reviewing the negative reviews with limited response.
