- DPDiane PasskiewiczSep 15, 20261.0I have ordered from several different Edible Arrangements, and this location was the worst! On 9/12/26 I placed an online order for a Mocha Tini to be delivered on 9/13/26 for my sister-in-law’s birthday. I called the store at 2:30pm on 9/13/26 to get an update on the arrangement. I was told that it would be completed and delivered within 2 hrs. By 6:20pm it still had not been delivered so I called and no one answered. Knowing that they closed at 7pm I called again at 6:40pm and once again no one answered. I left a voicemail. My order clearly states that a standard residential delivery will be before 7pm. The arrangement was ultimately delivered at approx. 8:20pm but what a disappointment. It was untidy, sparse, and looked nothing like the advertised pictures on the website. It looked like a 5yr old put it together. I reached out to the corporate & local office through an online message. No response! Finally filed a claim through my credit card co to get my money back.

- LLLaneeSep 8, 20261.0I'm sorry. This location don't deserve any star's. The the worker name Katy was rude because my daughter found a piece of hair on the fruit. The owner was rude as well. Instead of automatically refunding the customer money back , state's that the hair didn't come from them.🤔. I could have just went to grosse pointe. I would never buy anything with edible arrangements again.
