- HLHarmony L6 days ago1.0Do not go to this store, rather buy some other quality item from chanel, Dior, or any other better off brand . Not only do they try to limit purchases on goods that’re no more than 200, but they pretend to be some high quality brand when their stuff gets resaled in Michael’s, Burlington, and even TJ Max— but they’re also ironically rude. For a quality shirt with a logo, I rather go to somerset than some off brand, fell off, and nearly bankrupted. They made it so difficult to purchase 5 shirts even when we had different numbers to limit customers overconsumption. And even if I were to get anything from Ralph Lauren, I wouldn’t get it from this horribly ran store, not only are do they hire people with horrible personalities, horrible tempers, and just overall an incredibly disappointing experience— but they put on a false facade as if they’d never near bankrupt. Put your money with another store that actually will get you what you want as well as the temperament you deserve, not a show to ruin your day. On top of the horrible staff, they also rush you out and try to be as fast and probably as rude as possible because their level of disrespectful was above and beyond.

However, the manager was rude, condescending and disrespectful. She made us feel discriminated. She rushed us through the purchase by claiming we held up the line meanwhile she repeatedly went over the rule of limited purchases and claimed that she can deny our purchase all together. Our whole purchasing experience was ruined.

I needed help with a coupon and he was nasty, so I just left without my clothes. Will never visit this store again. I’d rather drive a little further and go to birch run or Howell. Stay away from auburn hills unless you want to be embarrassed and feel dumb
