  Bought a Tory Burch leather basket weave bucket bag and matching wallet off of clearance. To my understanding, clearance doesn't mean falling apart or worn/used many times and then being resold. Clearance means last year's edition or slow moving product etc... There is something seriously legally concerning happening at this store with the product they sell. I bought this Tory bag as NEW off the clearance rack. I used it for two days and the leather already started peeling and cracking in the front and back of the bag. Looks like I've worn/used and had this bag for a year already. This bag has literally MONTHS of wear to it previous to my purchase. I've only owned it for days. This seems to be concerning at least in the sense of false advertisement. Nowhere when purchasing this bag, did Nordstrom rack inform me this was a return that had been used and used and used and they had made it look as pretty as possible before reselling it on the clearance floor... They sold it under the premise of this being a brand new bag on the clearance rack, with no other information being stated on the tag or by any associate when asking to get off the clearance rack or when purchasing and being rung up at the register. I'm honestly not sure how NR can function or be in business like this while walking a fine line of illegalities. Not to mention I'm not sure how you can be a human being proud to work here while ripping people off in an already hard economy. Shame on this store. Disgusting and misleading sales practices just to make a buck. I used to shop here often but will no longer utilize this store location... I've watched as the quality has gone down hill and the prices have gone up. I'm not happy with my purchase. I feel I was scammed and taken advantage of and clearly it's illegal to advertise a bag as new when it is not. I advise utmost caution if you choose to still shop here. "name brand" isn't so much "name brand" as it is a scam and lesser quality, if there's much quality there at all. Their clearance is also "final sale", so they can sell you poor quality products that have already been worn/used and you won't know the difference until it's too late.

  We had a wonderful experience here. We found some good items but the star was the interaction with the cashier Reuben, aka, Big Reub. My wife and I had an enjoyable conversation with him and it capped off a great experience. If management looks at this, please add a good commendation to Reuben's file because he definitely exemplified solid customer service.

  First time at this location and I loved it! Super cute things and service was great. However when I got home I opened a product I bought (hero patches) and the box was completely empty. Obviously someone had stole the patches and I couldn’t tell because the boxes are already light. I do live 45 minutes away so I called the next day today 5/23/26, girl on the phone was super nice and understanding however their manager said that I had to come in to show the product to do a refund. I get it I’ve worked in retail, but the fact that I bought a box that was empty is frustrating. I feel like they could have at least tried to make it right, bad first impression. If you go here be sure to check inside the product you are buying.
