  This is a great place to shop for a wide range of sporting goods and outdoor equipment. They carry a solid selection of products for many different sports, although the variety can be better for some activities than others. Whether you're looking for clothing, footwear, or sporting equipment, there's a good chance you'll find what you need. The prices can be a little high at times, but shopping during sales or taking advantage of promotions can make the deals much more affordable. If you're willing to wait for discounts, you can often find excellent value. One thing I really appreciate is how efficiently they manage the checkout process. Even when the store is busy, the staff does a good job of keeping the lines moving, making the shopping experience quicker and more enjoyable overall.

  My child likes the decorations and the big fish tank. I appreciate the wide selection of items for camping needs. My one personal gripe is that the animatronic shooting range is shutdown still. Used it so much as a kid and would love my child to experience it~

  Had to wait 10 minutes in line at the customer relations desk while 4 employees checked out another employee for 4 items. Also the generator I picked up was partially defective and I am not satisfied especially with the service I received at the desk or the state of the product. The gentlemen who helped me load it into my car were great

  I had a very unpleasant time with a worker in this store, she was racist and rude, my family is coming on vacation and we are trying to find gifts to take them to our country, I speak English but my grandparents and my mother are not, they are of age, my grandfather is looking at some shoes and she approached kindly and said, those are good UNTIL I hear that they were speaking Spanish, I heard everything, my mother replied that they do not speak English, and she changed her attitude and contemptuously said “you need to pay for that” and left saying, “or do you want everything for free?” I was shocked and the only thing I could answer her was, we know we have to pay, I found it horrible racist and disrespectful, she didn’t count on me speaking English and I was going to answer her, they need to call her attention because it is a great lack of respect for people who are spending their money in that place, she is a blonde lady of about 50-60 years old, at the headquarters of Great Lakes

  Bass Pro Shops is always a great place to visit. The store is well organized, the selection is extensive, and the atmosphere is welcoming every time I walk through the doors. Whether I'm browsing, shopping for outdoor gear, or just spending some time looking around, the experience is enjoyable. The environment is clean, inviting, and reflects the outdoor lifestyle that Bass Pro Shops is known for. A great destination for anyone who enjoys the outdoors or appreciates a well run retail experience. Highly recommend.
