  I ended up purchasing all my baby Nuna needs from a Lansing store after attempting to use their online appointment system. I needed help at first doing the appointment so I called the store, they admitted it was not a great website and to try again. So finally I get a desktop computer from a friend and book it (after asking the store if they would help and they refused). Then it books in the wrong time zone, now I’m crying and frustrated (super pregnant). Call the store and they already have an appointment in the time their website put me in. I just gave up cancelled it and went somewhere else. I’m a manager and I go above and beyond to help people. They could truly care less until I sent a screenshot showing what the site was doing. Thankfully the drive to Lansing was the same as Ann Arbor for me. I will always go where the customer service is good, which I didn’t find here.

  Came here with my daughter and her friend because they wanted to buy some books for their younger siblings. I was so appreciative that when we checked out they offered to wrap the books for free. The wrapping was so beautifully done and it’s such a nice personal touch and it’s so nice that it’s offered. Great experience all around

  We are still in awe of how amazing our Baby Gear Breakdown Appointment was with Molly and David. They were nothing short of incredible helping us to understand everything as first time expectant parents, and they helped us narrow down what we look forward to purchasing from them really soon. It's so wonderful to know we have a resource like them in Ann Arbor. Molly was incredibly knowledgeable and the way she and her son David worked together to make our appointment seamless was truly impactful and inspirational. David did an outstanding job of knowing all of the products we were looking at and anticipating how he could best help us navigate through our time with them. We were thoroughly impressed. Thank you, Molly and David for your time and care. We look forward to being loyal customers of Little Seedling. Can't recommend enough!
