  My wife and I were traveling across the state and stopped at Little Seedling Showroom on our way home for an appointment we had scheduled with Jessica. There’s a $50 appointment fee, and after our experience, I can confidently say it was money incredibly well spent. Even better, that $50 goes toward your purchase, and trust me, you’ll have a hard time leaving without finding something you love. We came in to explore strollers, car seats, rocking chairs, and everything else that comes with preparing for a little one. Jessica was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, but what stood out most was how genuinely invested she was in helping us find what made sense for us. There was never any pressure, just thoughtful guidance, honest answers, and the time to actually experience and compare everything. Molly also made a point to stop by, introduce herself, and make sure we were taken care of. That small gesture said a lot about the kind of experience Little Seedling creates. The entire team made us feel less like customers and more like people they genuinely wanted to help. Everyone was warm, personable, and willing to go the extra mile. By the time we left, it honestly felt like we’d known them far longer than one afternoon. There are plenty of places to buy baby gear, but very few make the process feel this personal. Little Seedling absolutely earned our trust, and we’ll happily purchase through them and make the trip back as we continue preparing for our little one. They’ve definitely gained two long-term customers. Highly recommend!

  I ended up purchasing all my baby Nuna needs from a Lansing store after attempting to use their online appointment system. I needed help at first doing the appointment so I called the store, they admitted it was not a great website and to try again. So finally I get a desktop computer from a friend and book it (after asking the store if they would help and they refused). Then it books in the wrong time zone, now I’m crying and frustrated (super pregnant). Call the store and they already have an appointment in the time their website put me in. I just gave up cancelled it and went somewhere else. I’m a manager and I go above and beyond to help people. They could truly care less until I sent a screenshot showing what the site was doing. Thankfully the drive to Lansing was the same as Ann Arbor for me. I will always go where the customer service is good, which I didn’t find here.

  Came here with my daughter and her friend because they wanted to buy some books for their younger siblings. I was so appreciative that when we checked out they offered to wrap the books for free. The wrapping was so beautifully done and it’s such a nice personal touch and it’s so nice that it’s offered. Great experience all around
