  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Sunglass Hut location and will not be returning. I ordered replacement lenses for my sunglasses and was told they would arrive within 3–5 business days. After waiting nearly two weeks with no updates, I spent several days trying to contact the store just to find out what was going on. No one answered my calls, and I received absolutely no communication regarding the delay. When I finally got ahold of an employee, I was told that my replacement lenses had been delayed because they were held up in customs. While I understand that shipping delays can happen, what I don’t understand is the complete lack of communication and the way I was treated. I asked if there were any other options available since the order had already taken much longer than promised. Instead of showing any empathy or trying to help, the employee became rude, dismissive, and argumentative. He told me my only options were to continue waiting or receive a refund, insisted there was nothing else he could do, and then hung up on me during the conversation. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was never provided with an order number, shipping information, or any proactive updates throughout the entire process. I even contacted Sunglass Hut customer service, but because the purchase was made in-store, they told me there was very little they could do to assist. The entire ordering experience was frustrating from start to finish. Delays happen, but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are inexcusable. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Sunglass Hut, and I will not be purchasing from this location again. I sincerely hope management reevaluates how customers are treated and improves communication with future orders.

  Great selection and very helpful sales rep. Lots of parking & very clear directions in the mall so I could locate the store easily. Easy peasy & they had exactly what I wanted - to reduce my (decades-old) Aviators. LOVE those glasses!!

  Sunglasses are good, selection was ok, but you're telling me at $350 they don't come with anything besides a soft bag? Let alone a hard case, not even a microfiber? And when we had to buy the floor model? Gimme a break.

  Best customer service ever! The process and sale for the Meta glasses plus 50% of any other glass rocks. I bought Meta and Oakleys polarized. For less than 1 pair of glasses at LensCrafters. Just go!!
