Horrible customer service. The kids checking in clothes to sell have no consistency. The clothes and shoes are janky and over priced.

Today was the first (and last, I think) time I'll be in the store. While they day they buy a variety of items... alot of the shirts looked like the exact same style, but in different patterns. There's really little to no variety at all. Staff was.. absent? I was greeted once, but it seems like they avoided interacting with customers as a whole. I waited for a fitting room, went unnoticed and someone who exited one let me in. I realize that the computer generates prices for things.. but they choose what prices to use, and frankly.. tons of that stuff was far too overpriced for what it was (stained, ripped, childrens clothing).

don’t bother coming here, it’s a joke… we brought 5 big bags of clothes snd shoes and they only took a few items and had the nerve to give us $40 for them, even tho i brought brand new adidas, nikes, and very expensive quality designer and branded clothes. they are honestly just lazy and don’t wanna go through and sort the clothes so they give them all back🤣meanwhile i shopped in the store beforehand and it was full of SHEIN, and dirty clothes with holes in them. workers were also rude and gave us attitude and told us no when we tried to look through the clothes that they wanted to take.. like those are ours that we gave YOU! we should be allowed to look through them !

I’ve been selling my items to this store for years and im truly convinced that they only give certain races (white people), more money than people of color. I bought in some barely used makeup the other day. They tried sending me everything I had bought in back to me and I had to convince them that some of the makeup wasn’t even used. A young lady behind the counter was nice enough to take four things from the ten I bought in including some two faced concealer, fenty beauty concealer, and two rare beauty blushes. However she only gave me $10 for $122 worth of high end makeup products.. well I went back into the store later that evening just to see the same concealer I gave them being sold for $9. I witness them giving another lady who happened to be white $22 for like four pieces of clothes that they wanted to buy from her. This store has a great selection of clothes shoes and accessories, but I won’t be selling my stuff to them ever again. I’ll be going to depop instead. Adding on my friend bought in four bags of clothes some of them never worn and they turned away all of her stuff as well. She also happens to be a person of color.
