  I just picked up my limited edition Seiko from Lewis Jewelers, and it looks even better in person. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and the whole experience was a pleasure. I highly recommend Lewis Jewelers and will certainly be buying from them again in the future.

  I have shopped here in the past, but I will no longer. I just witnessed their security guard not allow a very old lady, who could barely walk, to park there for a few minutes to pick up a cake for her granddaughter at the bakery next door. The entire parking lot, other than the portion in front of Lewis Jewelers, is currently closed. I actually watched this security guard make this lady go back to her car and repark, which would have to be in another parking lot farther away since the parking lot in front of the bakery is completely closed off. I get that it’s “their parking lot,” but Jesus, show a little bit of humanity. What a disgusting way to treat someone. Do we not care about each other anymore? It’s also ridiculous that this one business apparently has half of the parking lot just to itself. I’m not sure if this is more the business’s fault or a ridiculous oversight by the leasing agent/property owner, but I’ve never seen an arrangement like this where one business “owns” half the parking lot while the businesses right next door have no access to it. Every time I drive past, their portion is mostly empty anyway. Avoid this business. After watching how they treated an elderly woman who could barely walk over a parking spot for a few minutes, I have no desire to give them my business again. It was greedy, selfish, and completely lacking in basic human decency.

  Always have had a good experience with the staff. This is my third watch purchase there and they have worked with me finding each purchase was correct.

  Great staff, my sales person Tony was knowledgeable and friendly! I live in Waterford and drove all the way to Ann Arbor because they were the only jewler to sell a watch that I was looking for. I was totally amazed at how giant that store was and the AMAZING selection of timepieces that were available for purchase! Thank you Tony I will definitely be back soon!
