When the manager of the Ann Arbor Michigan store called she was willing to redo the item but I would have to pick it up!!!! I live in Kentucky, are u serious ????? I’ve been told by email to expect a full refund but I’m sure that’s false! Beware of ordering anything from this establishment!!!!
