  Krystle and Lauren run a fantastic DSW store! As you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile. The associates are always ready to assist you on the sales floor. At checkout, they check if you’re a rewards member and, if not, they’ll sign you up for all the amazing deals! Plus, there’s an Imbox machine that deodorizes and waterproofs your shoes!

  I had such a nice experience at DSW recently. I was returning an online order and purchasing another pair of shoes. The associate who helped me,Shaqueela,was very kind and helpful. She explained the advantage of the new shoe protection spray offered in store to protect my new suede like sneaks. She made my shopping experience so much nicer. Thanks Shaqueela!
