- SSStephenApr 18, 20261.0Stood around for 25 minutes waiting for help and never seen a employee. I would suggest going to a different dunhams for your shopping. Employees are lazy and not will to help at all......
- PJPatty Spencer JarvieAug 3, 20241.0Went in with the advertisement for my store on my phone. The very nasty cashier said they don’t have to seek the ite on sale if it’s posted in an online advertisement. The ad is FOR that store. I showed her the ad and she said they don’t have sales on Friday. Nowhere on the ad said online only, which she tried to say also. It said in store in stock. She got very angry, called the manager and stormed off. The manager tried to argue this he ad wasn’t heirs when it said Alpena Dunhams across the top. She finally said I’ll honor it but she wasn’t happy about it. I will never go there again since this is how they treat first timers in their store. All for a $10 off advertisement!
