  The girl who initially helped me with selling my items was friendly, however the girl with the middle part, low pony, and grey tshirt today 9/11 should call off if she’s having a bad day or find a job outside of dealing with customers. She had an attitude when I wasn’t even her customer…all because my daughters address was on my account, ok ma’am then just politely explain that I can update it to the correct one? Why are you chiming in on our convo anyway? Then of course she rings me up when I come back for my money lol $35 dollars for 9 items two of which were brand new tags still on Abercrombie shirts and two pair of barely worn 90s baggy Levi’s. (All items currently hot and in style according to majority)When I asked her because I almost wanted to say no thanks I’ll pass, she looked like she had no idea what I was talking about. So why are you doing my exchange then if you’re clueless. I’ll make the drive to a different location or have a damn garage sale before I come back here.

  Extremely rude, lazy and racist employees. Took clothes in, didn't want them but then had a friend of a different color bring the IDENTICAL bag of clothes in and they came out with half of it sold.. literally half! ..wow.. Judgement zone for real.

  The reason I normally donate my clothes was confirmed when I walked into this store in Allen Park. RUDE, RUDE and more RUDE. My son and I walked in with a handful of barely worn Lacoste Polo Shirts. We entered the door and was immediately greeted with, "If you are trying to sell those clothes you need to take them off the hangers....... Then you need to bring them in a basket........ There is a 4 hour wait........." When I enter a business it is nice to be greeted politely instead of being treated like an animal. Welcome to Plato's would have been more appropriate!!!!! Additionally there were 6 people behind the counter. I can understand waiting but I cant understand a condescending tone, "the wait is 4 hours." from some kid with zero manners or sense of customer service. Obviously we just walked out never to return. Rather than wasting your time with this store, do yourself a favor and take to another similar business......
