Was greeted as my feet entered ( 5 🌟's ) Store very clean, very helpful staff knowing exactly where the shoe is I wanted & purchased. But I ran into a online issue & started getting 😠 calls customer service, hung up because this wonderful manager Dee ( forgot her full name 🤦🏽♀️ ) overheard and like come on I'll take care of you & DID 💯💯💯 Thank you Miss Dee & Jess for the help & patience. If you want great customer service, help & good shoes go see them ASAP !!!

Tried calling back the next day, three times, to see if a pair of glasses were turned in, and couldn’t get anyone on the phone, and the one time someone answered they continued to talk with someone in the store, then hung up on me mid sentence. Very unprofessional!
