Paola helped me find styles that actually suited me, and Alain made sure everything fit perfectly and explained the details clearly. They made the whole process easy and actually kind of fun. I’d definitely go back and recommend asking for them if you stop in.

She discovered the same issue when she tried… BUT decided to take the project on, investigate, escalate to her resources she had internally, and ultimately deliver excellent service to the end including direct text follow up to me with a picture of the package being sent out! Now THAT’S superior customer service. I work as a manager at a retail bank and this kind of service means more to me than I can explain. YES and CAN DO not “no”. Thank you Kim, for making that so easy when it could have been hard. I’ll buy my next pair of shades from you directly next time!! 😎
