  I had a great experience here the other day. I was looking for jeans, always a challenge for me, and Ellie was incredibly helpful in the process. It made me really appreciate staff who know their inventory well and seem to genuinely enjoy customer service - helpful and attentive without being pushy or intrusive. Thank you!

  I visited this store and had an excellent experience. It is not the largest store, but has a nice selection. Lila greeted me immediately & inquired about what I was looking for. She even offered to pull an option that had not been placed on the floor yet. Ellie pulled extra sizes for me while in the fitting room, and was exceptionally knowledgeable about the product line.

  Last month, I had the most amazing customer service experience at this store. One of the team members, Mimi, was super kind, friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable about Madewell jeans. No exaggeration, with Mimi’s help I think I tried on at least 20 pairs. I wanted to give up early on but with Mimi’s encouragement, I was actually able to buy two pairs of jeans. I am so thankful for Mimi‘s support and kindness. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you Mimi! 🤍🤍
