  This is a great life is good store. They have lots of attractive designs. The only thing I wish they had were more of the shirts/sweatshirts in small and medium.

  Not supportive of returns/exchanges. Unfortunate incident - buyers beware! Having been regular customers of this brand, we picked up 5 t-shirts while in Portland on the way to Acadia. One of them turned out to be the wrong size. We came back to the store and were refused an exchange despite all tags attached. The excuse? They wanted the receipt and refused to look up using the credit card used for purchase. On a long roadtrip with multiple stops and lots of shopping, we lost track of the receipt, but never expected that a brand like Life Is Good would refuse to exchange it. The workers at the register immediately got defensive, refused to call the manager and seemed to have a ready playbook to deal with this situation, which makes me think it is a common occurrence. They're probably used to running it in a tourist trap style. Life is good just lost a lifelong customer! They effectively want only final sales.

  For a place named "Life is Good," the vibe in here was awful. The front door is broken/stuck, and instead of fixing it, the staff took their frustration out on customers for leaving it open. To top it off, an employee explicitly said he "doesn't mind firing customers." Unprofessional and completely rude. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
