They were running some really good sales and had a great selection of sunglasses to try on. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being pushy, which I always appreciate when you’re just browsing. Even though we didn’t leave with a pair, the experience was still really positive. If you’re walking through the outlets and looking for sunglasses, it’s definitely worth stopping in to see what deals they have going on.

- TTTrisMay 28, 20231.0It’s really unfortunate that I am giving 1 star after shopping in the Kittery Maine location for years. I went in to exchange my DG sunglasses because they were extremely bent. Angela was putting heat to them and trying to adjust them after I had asked her if I could just have a brand new pair, considering the money I spent on them. Her response was we don’t have another pair and I’m not sure if we will be getting any more in. I then said that I would just like to return them & get my money back. Angela suddenly goes to the drawer in the back of the store, pulls it open and pulls a brand new pair of sunglasses out. I proceeded to still return mine, because I had already asked her when I first walked in if I could just exchange mine for a brand new pair. As I was leaving she proceeded to give me attitude & talk about me to the other SA working. I wasn’t asking for much, just an exchange because my sunglasses were damaged.
