  I visited this location originally a few weeks ago. A nice young man helped me look around and get some ideas for a gift for my husband. I decided to leave and think about it, keeping prices in mind. I visited again a few days later and decided on one of the ones I looked at before. To my surprise the watch was significantly cheaper than quoted! I asked the employee if it was a new sale, and I was informed that the sale had not changed, and the gentleman before did not give me all the discounts available. I only received a 20% discount from him, and wasn’t even offered the extra 10% for signing up for messages, OR the extra 10% off one item. I know the employees work off of commission, but overcharging the customer for your own benefit is extremely greedy and dirty. I decided not to purchase a watch from here even tho the last employee was extremely kind and understanding. Make sure you ask for all the discounts available, and hope you don’t get screwed over.

  Went here to get battery changed on watch bought in 2012;said it was too old. Wouldn’t put in battery.. Watch works just fine. Took it to a jeweler in Salem MA - he changed battery in 3 minutes. All I can think is they want you to buy new watch.

  So far I’ve been pretty disappointed with all of the watches I’ve purchased from here. Batteries die pretty quick and then they can’t fix it. They have good deals but I’ve been finding there is a reason they are so cheap during the deal times. They said they need to send out the watches to be fixed/replaced and a place down the road fixed/replaced the battery in about 10 minutes. I don’t know, I don’t trust em. Something fishy is going on when most of the watches die or break within 5 months
