The store was clean, well organized, and easy to browse, with plenty of shirts, pants, shorts, polos, suits, shoes, and accessories. The staff was friendly and welcoming during our visit. One thing that was a little disappointing was the pricing. While there was a clearance rack, the selection was fairly limited and mostly consisted of items that likely won't appeal to everyone. The rest of the store was primarily "buy more, save more" promotions or percentage-off discounts based on tag colors, but many items were still priced higher than I've found elsewhere, even after the discounts. If you're looking for the convenience of shopping specifically for big and tall clothing, DXL is definitely worth a visit. Just don't assume that "outlet" automatically means you'll be getting outlet-level prices.
