  I was all ready to buy 4 pair of jeans/pants but I needed a different size in 1 of them so I asked if they had any out back. The employee said she would in a tone like I was bothering her.. so she said ok I'll be right back. I'm waiting a few minutes and then she comes back and starts talking with a coworker..she sees me and was like oh I can check out back for you.. ( I thought that's what she was doing!!) I said yes please and again she was annoyed obviously..so I said you know what never mind! She walked away with this look that made me put everything back! I'm really disappointed. I've had a hard time finding jeans or pants I love but I'm old school I guess where customer service is important. If you don't like your job sweetheart get a new one!

  The staff were super helpful with my donating my entire denim collection for their recycling program. I got 10 bucks off a new pair for each one donated. I like AE jeans, they last forever.
