  I visited the store on Friday to find a new top. I was warmly greeted by an employee named Ashley, whose kindness and willingness to assist truly touched me. She went out of her way to help me choose the right top and a few other items, showing genuine care and professionalism. Ashley's compassionate and friendly attitude is a true asset to this company. Thank you, Windsor, for recognizing and retaining such wonderful employees like her. I’ll be recommending her to everyone I know.

  This was my second time visiting Windsor at Westfield Wheaton, and I had such a wonderful experience! The current team is truly on point—organized, friendly, attentive, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I especially want to give a shoutout to three beautiful ladies: Ashley, Angelica, and Kelly! From the moment my friend and I walked into the store until we checked out, they were there to help us and made the entire shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. We originally came in for just one item and somehow left with four! 😂 That says a lot about how comfortable and enjoyable they made our shopping experience. What stood out to me most was how genuinely happy they seemed to see and assist customers. They also communicated very well with one another and worked together as a team, which created such a positive atmosphere in the store. Their great attitudes and customer service made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Ashley, Angelica, and Kelly absolutely deserve recognition for the way they represent the store and take care of their customers. Give these ladies a good raise and the recognition they deserve! 👏🏽❤️ I’ll definitely be back!

  I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store! Asshelly, Angelica, and Kelly were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made me feel welcome and helped me find beautiful clothes. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Windsor. The staff was unhelpful throughout my visit and came across as rude and disrespectful. No one offered assistance to me or my daughter, even when it was clearly needed. Overall, the customer service was poor and made the shopping experience frustrating. I expected much better support from a store like this.

  Since windsor has moved to the upstairs part of wheaton mall. I have been thoroughly impressed. They expanded the space and layout and made it delightful they carry quite a bit of the online products. Found a gala dress here in a pinch and weekend bday and some urban wear as well. Its a clutch spot in a pinch and a few winter items. The pricing has went up but still affordable. The girls here the store manager and the checkout person were super helpful I came late one night needing an outfit for the next day and they all helped me find sizes get me in the fitting room with 30 min before close (I dont recommend but was in a bind). Also assisted me with checking out. They were so helpful i ended up spending $800-900 the customer service here was so much better than Pentagon city. Which is wild. Loce the new people who work at this location they keep me coming back. Hope they all get great commission because they deserved it.
