- LHLesly HarreraSep 15, 20261.0I scheduled a photo session in the portrait department for 5 pm on Monday, I received a call earlier that morning with the explanation that photo shoots with pets have to either be the first session of the day or the last session of the day. For me the earliest session didn’t work with my schedule so I obviously decided to go with the 7pm session, and the worker over the phone and I were in agreement to come at 7pm. My dog was a very old dog and he was giving me a little bit of a hard time getting him out of the house so I called and asked if it would be okay to come 10 minutes late because my dog is making things unexpectedly a little bit more difficult. The man on the phone said no because they closed at 7 but I was scheduled for 7 and he told me that the entirety of my session would’ve been 15 minutes and the 10 minutes extra of me asking was just enough to say that he has gone over his “time”. Luckily, I made it there exactly 7 on the dot and he was finishing up with the people in the previous season which took him 15 minutes by the way, so it was 7:15 when he actually got to me and dismissed me because it was after 7. Except I got there at 7…the time I was rescheduled for. He left without giving me the email to anybody and unfortunately my dog was not able to make it through the night so I won’t ever be getting those pictures I so desperately wanted. Unempathetic and just unprofessional.
