  Unlike other DSW'S I've gone to this one had no signs telling you what shoes were and sizes for the youth. So you have to pick up the shoes one by one, the signs over the section saves a lot of time, they give the ages of the kids.

  visited DSW on 05/10/2026 to exchange a pair of shoes. I have been shopping at DSW for over 14 years for myself and my family, and I am a VIP customer. This is the first time I have had such a terrible experience. The employee who helped me, Anita,was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited in line for more than 15 minutes while she spent time talking about personal matters instead of helping customers. When she finally called me, she did not greet me or thank me for waiting. I asked to exchange my shoes and requested that she place my purchased shoes in a bag. She responded rudely, raised her voice, and said I had to pay first before she would bag the shoes, even though I had already paid for them. Her attitude and tone were disrespectful throughout the interaction. As a loyal customer for many years, I was very disappointed by the poor customer service I received. Employees should know how to speak respectfully and professionally to customers. Customers are the reason businesses succeed, and they should be treated with courtesy. This is the first time I have ever written a complaint review because the experience was so upsetting. I hope management speaks with her about improving her behavior and customer service skills.

  Cashier was pleasant, place is clean and easily accessible! Great sale saved me loads. Found shoes in my size without trying on too many pairs.

  Decent selection of mostly cheap shoes. They often are understaffed so expect a line at checkout.
