  I’m extremely disappointed with how my order and my phone call were handled today. I placed a birthday gift order for my pregnant sister-in-law through DoorDash. The order was accepted and showed as being prepared for quite some time before I was eventually informed that the items were unavailable and the entire order was refunded. My issue is NOT that certain items were out of stock. I completely understand that inventory changes. My issue is that no one contacted me to offer substitutions before canceling a time-sensitive birthday gift. I would have gladly substituted the cheesecake for a cupcake or cookie, changed the dipped fruit, or selected whatever comparable items the store actually had available. After I called the store and spoke with a woman who identified herself as T. Brown. I repeatedly tried to explain that my concern was not simply that something was out of stock—it was that nobody contacted me and gave me the opportunity to choose replacements. Instead of addressing that concern, she continued repeating that the items were out of stock. I don’t appreciate the customer service given to me even if this was ordered through a 3rd party. Edible arrangement should still accountability and informed me of the out of stock items, they informed me DoorDash contacted me however that was never the case it just showed on the app that the items were of out of stock & that’s how I noticed the issue and contacted them both DoorDash and the store. At one point, I was placed on hold. When she returned to the phone, she said, “Okay, what were you saying?” after I had already spent time explaining the situation. I found that response dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering I was simply trying to understand why my birthday gift was refunded without anyone attempting to find a solution. I specifically asked to speak with a manager. I was told that my phone number would be taken down. I am leaving this review because I genuinely hope management follows through and calls me. This could have been handled so differently with a simple phone call: “We don’t have these items, but here is what we do have. Would you like to substitute them?” I would have happily done that. Instead, a birthday surprise was canceled after I had already waited for it, and the customer service afterward only made the experience more disappointing. I also want to add that I understand this order was placed through a third-party service, DoorDash. However, regardless of how an order is placed, I believe customers should still receive care, communication, and good customer service from the store fulfilling the order. A third-party order should not mean there is no effort to communicate with the customer or offer a reasonable solution when something goes wrong.

  Divya was sooooo nice and friendly! There was only 1 arrangement left when I came but that still didn’t make a difference in her super friendly attitude! She’s great. I’ll definitely be back as this was my FIRST Edible Arrangement experience

  Very disappointed, Stores online state they stay open until 7pm, yes they called but I was unable to answer because I drive a bus. When I was able to check my voice message from them they stated they were closing between 4:30 & 5pm, my order was for 5pm pickup, I got there at 4:58 and they were closed, why take the order for 5pm if you weren't going to be open. This was a surprise for my hubby birthday, that I want him to come home to after working.

  I just want to share with every body. People work so hard to do a good job, I recently realized that store workers never receive the tips we left for staff or delivery drivers, I left a 20 dl tip and they never received i, they are kept by the owners, it is better to tip in cash

  i can in just for a simple doordash order and the staff were extremely welcoming and kind 19/10 definitely coming back
