  My mom purchased a large order of bouquet fruit and chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered after having my baby. The weekend the fruit was delivered it was a record high of over 100 degrees (July 6ish). My mom met the driver at the door and immediately put the fruit in the fridge. The strawberries on the bouquet had mold and the chocolate covered strawberries either had mold or were too ripe and sitting in juice. I left a complaint and received an email that we would be contacted. I followed up twice and it’s not been over a month. Will tell family to never order from here again. Over $150 waisted.

  Would give no stars if I could!!! Ordered an arrangement for my mother for her birthday, I added a very generous tip on the order when I placed it, the delivery driver had the nerve to ask my mother for a tip when he got to the door!!! I tried to contact the store with no answer or reply, I contacted corporate was given a ticket number never heard from anyone! Very unprofessional and tacky! Will think twice before ever ordering from any edible arrangement again!!!!

  I am beyond frustrated. I placed an order for a family member for Mothers Day as we do not live in the same state I selected the delivery option. I called the store countless times to confirm that my order would be delivery same day as I paid the $15 dollar same day delivery fee, and that it would be delivered in a respectful and timely manner. I placed my order at 10 am! I spoke with the store prior to placing my order and was ensure that it would be delivered before 7 pm. Guess what? It is now 10 PM and my order HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED! I had to call many times because this store does not use the tracking system and for half of the day it stated “order received by store”, but nothing about the store working on the actual order. I called again and was told my order would be delivered by 8 pm as it was going out for delivery in 5-10 minutes (that was at 6 pm)! Regardless of it being a holiday this service is absolutely unacceptable! Now, my loved one is staying up late to receive it and Mothers Day is practically over! I would not recommend ordering with this store as they are clearly very unorganized and can’t meet certain delivery criteria.

  Placed an order from the store for my father's 67 th birthday ,the driver was polite and went above and beyond to deliver the order on time especially early in the morning .Would definitely comeback again for more

  I ordered an arrangement for my mother for Mother’s Day and they did not include the balloons or the greeting card. This was such an inconvenience especially on one of the biggest holidays. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this location! Ridiculous
