  I am beyond frustrated. I placed an order for a family member for Mothers Day as we do not live in the same state I selected the delivery option. I called the store countless times to confirm that my order would be delivery same day as I paid the $15 dollar same day delivery fee, and that it would be delivered in a respectful and timely manner. I placed my order at 10 am! I spoke with the store prior to placing my order and was ensure that it would be delivered before 7 pm. Guess what? It is now 10 PM and my order HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED! I had to call many times because this store does not use the tracking system and for half of the day it stated “order received by store”, but nothing about the store working on the actual order. I called again and was told my order would be delivered by 8 pm as it was going out for delivery in 5-10 minutes (that was at 6 pm)! Regardless of it being a holiday this service is absolutely unacceptable! Now, my loved one is staying up late to receive it and Mothers Day is practically over! I would not recommend ordering with this store as they are clearly very unorganized and can’t meet certain delivery criteria.

  Placed an order from the store for my father's 67 th birthday ,the driver was polite and went above and beyond to deliver the order on time especially early in the morning .Would definitely comeback again for more

  I received an Edible arrangement on February 7th that was sent as a sympathy gift after the death of our mother. While the thoughtfulness behind the gesture was appreciated, the grapes in the arrangement unfortunately not fresh. What was even more disappointing was being asked to bring fruit back after being delivered. When a family is grieving and arrangements are sent as sympathy gifts, it is unreasonable to expect them to return product in person. During such a difficult time, should be met with compassion and convenience, not additional burdens. I hope this store will reconsider this policy and show greater sensitivity and customer care in situations involving bereavement.

  Called to the store and they hanged up on me and the guy with the indian accent and horrible manners. Went in the store cause no one answered the phone and the store was very dirty with insects on the floor. would not recommend. health department should visit the store.
