I was told I could bring my two pairs of RayBans with broken lens into Sunglass Hut in the Towson Mall and they would send them out to be fixed. No appointment needed. I left work early so I would not be arriving while they were trying to close. I arrive ~ 6:00pm. The only employee is in the back eating. No problem. Its dinner time but a little unprofessional. I explain what I need. She pulls out a repair kit. She says she is new and can only tighten glasses. I explain that they ship them out... She asks if I know where the store is in Macy's. (Its a kiosk not a store.) Maybe I could go down there. So I ask if there is a manager or someone who might know how to send them out. (If she is that new and not trained, hard to believe they would leave her to run a store alone.) So she calls her manager who is somewhere in the mall. She is on speaker and says she will be down shortly. So I wait. She calls her back (lots going on in between) and the manager says "ask if she can come back on a day that is more convenient." I am there now. I have left work, parked at the mall, offered to leave the glasses with my information so that they can take care of it when they are ready and she says no, I should come back another day. Great customer service!

Tiffany was amazing and I asked her to give her honest opinion and rather than pick the more expensive one she told me I looked better in the other style. I bought two pair of Oakleys because of her. Amazing care and I will be back to talk to her next month and get the gold prism polarized lenses on an Oakley or get myself another pair of Maui Jim’s (that I normally buy online but will come back because of her excellent service). Had to order them because they were not in stock but that was fine.

Brigid was incredible. She took the time to locate the exact pair of glasses I wanted. It was the last pair and these are no longer available online, so I was very appreciative. Will be coming back here to see Brigid for my next pair of shades. You should too.
