  My family have been long time and occasional customers. We started using Loane for our awning needs over 50 years ago, and only need them every 20 years or so because their products are so high quality. My recent 2026 experience in replacing a binding on an old awnings could not have been easier: one phone, spoke to the Loane man who had installed the awnings years ago, he had a photo of his work from back then, so he knew exactly what was needed. Within days they came, took a piece they needed - without needing to schedule time or interrupting me - and replaced it, totally fixed days later, again without fanfare or any inconvenience to me or distraction to my household. The service was a bit pricey, but so unusual in these days to have anything that can happen without hassle, the cost was well worth it. This is a highly reliable company who delivers on their exceptional, long standing reputation.

  Rented 30 chairs from Loane Bros. and the experience was pleasant. They took the reservation over the phone; no need to pre-pay. I would use them again.

  I had a wonderful experience with Loane for a recent event I hosted. I needed to rent salad plates and small bowls for a cocktail party. After everything arrived (on the day of the event) I realized I had ordered salad plates and dinner plates. I called Loane and the very first thing Sue said is "we're gonna take care of that for you". Within a couple of hours their truck was out front with the bowls but not only that, since the pattern on the bowls didn't match the pattern of the plates I had, she sent a new shipment of plates so everything would match. Great service, they really saved the day.
