  Ordered a cake and it came completely smooshed on the side and ruined. I will never use them again for this.

  I’m very disappointed with the service I received from this location. My husband ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement which included a bear that was missing from the order when delivered. They had no problem with sending it out. So the next day I finally go to enjoy my fruit and this is what I discovered. I called in to the store the next day and asked to speak with a manager and I spoke with Carrie/Karen who was very rude and told me it’s only a 24hr freshness guarantee but could not tell me where in the policy it’s stated. So basically my husband’s $113 order went down the drain. I’ve had chocolate covered fruit from other locations and it lasted several days so it’s no way this order was fresh. I’m a manager myself and she could’ve handled this situation much better than this.
